In fact, women breasts are surrounded by the skin and made up of fat, breast tissue and the pectoral muscle which lends their support. Since women accumulate fat in the breasts, and as a general rule, the breasts will increase in size if we gain weight and it goes down in size if we lose weight and vice versa.
To have beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts and to keep the breasts perky and firm, it is advisable to take note of:
- Changes in women body size due to fluctuation in weight. We need to know that women breasts size change during life as a result of hormonal changes, pregnancy or breast-feeding, hence gaining and losing weight can actually play havoc on how women breasts look. You will agree with me that hormonal changes are almost impossible to avoid, but the weight changes can be avoided or at least minimized, right?
- Keep a stable weight. Women breasts will always lose volume if they lose fat, and will lose even more volume if they lose fat too fast. Therefore, try to avoid crash diets and keep the weight stable to have beautiful breasts.
- Sleep position. If possible try to sleep on our back, so that we will not put too much weight and pressure on our breasts as this may have adverse effect for women to have beautiful breasts.
- Proper hygienic care. This is considered an utmost necessary for keeping our beautiful breasts healthy. Try to wash our breasts regularly with cold water, or an alternate shower in which warm water is alternated with cold water would be extremely helpful to make our mammary tissues straight which shall give our breasts a fuller and firmer look.
However, be careful when washing the areolas and the nipples, this is because they got high nerve endings and are very sensitive to touch and feel. Also if we are lactating, this area requires to be cleansed after every time the baby gets fed. Otherwise residuals of the milk might dry out on the areolas and produce infections for us and our baby.
Do remember that hot water bathing is beneficial for the breasts but remain good only within a particular temperature. We have to know that our beautiful breasts tend to lose their shapes over the times due to excess buildup of the adipose tissues, and a repeated hot water shower will melt away the adipose and give the breasts a fuller and firmer shape. However, excessive hot water will melt away too much of the necessary adipose tissues and cause sagging breasts. - Proper bra size. Don’t overlook this as it plays an important role in shaping up our curves. If we wear low cut dresses then the bra should preferably have a large break in between cups. Else, we should wear bras which connect both cups as much as possible as this helps a lot in developing beautiful breasts. On the same note, should we involve in strenuous physical exercises, jogging and other workouts without wearing any bra for a long time could result in sagging breasts and shapelessness too.
- Breast massage. The most popular one is what we called the circular massage, in which we apply the pressure from our little finger in a circular motion onto the breasts. However, the pressure must not be too hard to cause pains in the breasts; and at the same time it must not be too light that it doesn’t affect any change at all.
It is always good to remember that women breasts are extremely sensitive and any discrepancy noted such as masses or lumps that develop within the breast or undue secretions from the breasts are to be urgently brought into doctor’s attention as it might be a symptom of breast cancer.
