Laura Binetti

Again this week, we have one of the old school favorites from the 90s.  Laura started competing in 86. Here she is, around mid 90s in her prime, at her biggest, and as you can see, she was one jacked up woman, huge all over. Honestly, when I first laid eyes on Laura many years ago, I was freaked out! But I love that, that's what I'm looking for in a female bodybuilder, the freaky factor as I like to think of it. It's a good thing, a bodybuilder should be freaky! They should look so extraordinary, so unusual, so different.
For stand out body parts, I'd say Laura huge traps and biceps are awesome, check out the video below to see those big beautiful traps and biceps in motion. Laura's BIG all over really, I just get so excited by a woman who looks so outrageous! And furthermore, enjoys herself  and revels in being and looking so different.
Laura began her career as a long distance runner. She started to weight train in 1986 to help gain strength and endurance. In addition to the great results she was getting, she found a passion for weight training.
Laura competed as an amateur in bodybuilding from 1987-1990, winning the provincial and Canadian Championships. Her professional bodybuilding career led her to win three pro champs in threee different countries.
Laura Binetti is the only Canadian female to have won the World Championship title.
