Helen Bouchard

Helen spent many years in the military and was often moved to different countries. In 1998 she was moved to Edmonton Canada where she decided to settle and take leave from the military. Here she got heavily involved (and heavily muscled :-) )  with the local bodybuilding community. She's been interested in bodybuilding since childhood, admiring what muscular women she could at the time in Flex magazine.

Now settled in her native country, Helen could focus on her passion for bodybuilding. At her peak she had packed on a good 60 lbs of quality muscle and weighed a very impressive 180 lbs. And at only 5'6'' that's pretty darn BIG.

 I think Helen's absolutely gorgeous. Well of course, wouldn't feature her if I didn't find her attractive! The body always comes first for me though. If they're BIG and freaky muscular, then I can overlook looks. Helen's pretty too though. The perfect combination I think. A very muscular woman, with a real pretty face.

 Check out her posing from the Ms Olympia 2006. Interesting start to her routine, stick with it though, don't fast forward to the good bit. Just look at her at 34 seconds in, when she rips her top off to show you her delicious physique.
