Kim Perez
The lovely and massively muscular Kim Perez! Two amazing pictures
of this awesome mountain of muscle admiring her own awesomeness. Something as fans, we have become very accustomed to seeing. Well if you had a body like Kim's wouldn't you love admiring your work in the mirror? Judging by the look of satisfaction on Kim's face, she certainly does!
And a video of Kim giving thanks of appreciation to her many fans. I wanted to upload this video specifically, just to show that, even when a female bodybuilder isn't revealing her physique, it's plainly obvious that she's HUGE. Plus, it's quite obvious that all her size is BIG THICK MUSCLE and definitely NOT fat. That's right, even when concealed by their XXXL clothing, you can clearly see that there is a very shapely physique, a mountain of female beef that is firm, strong and DELICIOUS !

Monique Jones video
Loving this woman at the moment. Can't get enough of her! She's just plain enormous! Colossal, gargantuan. Pretty tall too. I'd say she was around 5'9'' tall. She must be well over 200 lbs here and still quite lean. She probably could do with adding size to her legs. Not that by any means they are small, they're pretty big muscular legs. But just look at the size of the rest of her! Incredible isn't she! Now I know I'm constantly going on about how amazing, dedicated, passionate and just overall expressing my love for very big muscular ladies. I can't help myself, I can't. I'm like a kid in a candy store. On some days I can spend my entire day off work just admiring, searching for new talent or new pictures and videos of older talent. I'm a nerd, yeah. What can I say!? I'm passionate about female muscle! And right now, Monique Jones is my current favorite. Those massive arms and shoulders are possibly the nicest I've ever had the pleasure of looking at. I hope this BIG sexy lady is going to do well with her endeavours on her bodybuilding journey. Such a beautiful woman who obviously works damn hard and is constantly looking to beef herself up even more. Can she get any bigger? I'll be following her progress in the gym and at her contests. If you haven't yet seen my post of her from the 25th July of this year, then please, be sure to take a good look at her wonderfully massive physique. Today I found this video of her training. The preacher bicep curls in particular blew me away! Her arms MUST be approaching 19 or 20 inches. They don't come much bigger than Monique. Please, enjoy this latest update, I certainly did!

Maryse Manios
Maryse's been pumping iron for over 20 years! Her hobby for lifting weights in the early 90's soon became her main passion in life. Competing in her native country France, she became thewomen's French bodybuilding champion in 1995, 96 and 98. Well obviously I love her beautiful physique. Lovely big thick cannon ball shoulders and arms. I adore her meaty traps.
Here's a great 9 minute video along with some fine pictures of Maryse.
Take a look at the whopping transformation. Once again we see a woman who looks as though she has doubled in size. Well, that's not far from the truth. The before pic is from 1992, the following from 2007.

Great picture of the MASSIVE TAZZIE (and a small rant :--) )
Hey folks. Glad to see many of you still visit my blog, I know my posts are sporadic these days, I will post more regularly in the future. I know it's been awhile and posts have become few and far between. I love sharing my passion for HUGELY developed muscular women here. When you're a fan of big muscular women, you're a fan for life! My passion has been going strong for over 20 years and will continue forever. The IFBB may be trying their damnedest to phase out female bodybuilding from their shows. People have been predicting the demise of women's bodybuilding for over 2 decades. As a keen observer I know this is simply not going to happen. The sport is alive and well. Now as we know, female bodybuilders are a rare breed. It does take an unusual kind of woman who wants to be hugely muscular, but they're out there, they always will be out there. Over the last few years we've seen many new faces come in to the world of female muscle. We've seen young women transform in to huge beefcakes. Nobody or organization has the right to dictate how a female should look and what she should and shouldn't do with HER OWN BODY!
In fact, it's quite possible that this shake up in the professional world of bodybuilding may be a blessing in disguise. Perhaps (and hopefully) in the near future, female bodybuilders will break away and form their own organization? I know there's the rather big problem of funding and admittedly, marketability. You see, as odd as it may seem to us admirers and lovers of the very muscular female form, not a great percentage of other folk share our passion!? Anyway, time will tell of what, how and where the direction of this sub-culture will eventually find itself. I'm optimistic. As rare and unusual as these kind of women may be, with such a big population, we can certainly expect plenty of new talent to emerge in the coming years. If a young woman wishes to push her body to the extreme and has a deep passion for lifting heavy and building thick slabs of muscle, then who's to say that she can't?
At the end of the day it all about money! Fine, scrap the shows, distance your organization as far as you will away from women's bodybuilding. It does by no means whatsoever mean that muscular women will disappear from the face of the earth. There will ALWAYS be somewhere, someone, a woman who wants to and WILL follow her dreams and passion for muscle building.
I just wanted to express my thoughts on this cos I'm sick to death of hearing of the continuing demise of the muscular female form. It's here, they are here, and they are proud of who they are and proud of their works of art that they wear everywhere they go. Who gives a shit how many people don't like it or want it to exist. THEY DO, and they always will.
And here's a wonderful example of just one of the worlds strongest and most insanely muscular women.
The VERY beautiful and MASSIVE Tazzie Colomb. Looks like a morph doesn't it this picture. It ain't, I do not and will not put morphs on my blog. Tazzie IS this big. Anyone who can bench 400lbs is gonna have a lot of muscle mass, for me this picture captures Tazzie's true size perfectly. She's simply bulging with muscle. One of the worlds most muscular women indeed. Those traps and chest are delicious!

Skin Cancer - How to Tell Normal Moles From Cancerous Moles
During the lifetime of a mole, it may tend to change slightly in appearance as its owner ages; however, these changes should not be sudden and dramatic. It is important for those who bear moles to know exactly what these changes can mean, and how to spot the difference between a normal healthy mole and an unhealthy abnormal one.
Moles can grow on any part of the body, although they are more commonly associated with being either on the face or the neck, which because of their position they tend to be more exposed to the harmful rays of the sun than those which grow on other parts of the body, and therefore are more susceptible to changes and become cancerous.
However, there are certain signs that proud owners can look-out for when these changes happen, so as to be sure their moles are always worn in tip-top condition.
These changes may include
1. Colour Changes - Healthy moles tend to be small, symmetrical, and of one colour throughout (usually brown), where as unhealthy ones tend to be multi-coloured. When a mole has more than one colour to it, for example: black and brown, and the colour change is recent, it is worth getting it checked out.
2. Shape - Moles can be of any shape, although most of them tend to be round and symmetrical and show more form to them than unhealthy ones, which may become asymmetrical with sudden growth.
3. Raised Moles - Most moles tend to be flat; however, if a mole is raised and becomes a source of irritation when either touched or knocked, it may be that it has become cancerous.
4. Mole Edges - Usually healthy moles tend to have clean-cut edges to them, and not ragged edges that can indicate the possibility of cancer.
5. Skin Complexion - A fair-skinned complexion can be more susceptible to skin cancer and mole changes than that of a darker skinned complexion, which is another reason fair-skinned people should take more care to protect themselves and their moles.
6. Mole Groupings - Many moles in one place, may mean that there is more of a risk from cancerous mole changes than when they are more spaced-out.
7. Regular Checking - By regularly checking moles, any changes to shape or colour will be easily noticed. Not just the more prominent moles that the bearer is usually more proud of, but to those that are on other parts of the body too.

Skin Cancer - You Need To Be Aware Of The Dangers
Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers, with doctors diagnosing it in about one million Americans each year. It usually presents itself as a red scaly area that is tender, a pimple that doesn't heal, or as a spot that just looks different on your body.
This cancer affects people of all skin tones, including those with darker complexions. Malignant tumors form when some skin cells grow abnormally.
This particular cancer is responsible for less than 1% of all cancer deaths. Lifetime exposure to the sun's UV radiation is why it usually appears after you reach the age of 50.
However, this cancer is on the rise among young people between 18 and 39. The Skin Cancer Foundation reports that the rates of skin cancer have grown among young women and men in the last 40 years, despite an increase in knowledge.
With the exception of breast cancer, women age 40 and under are more likely to develop the more serious form, melanoma, than they do most other invasive cancers. For men, it is more common than prostrate, lung, or colon cancers.
Melanoma, although more rare, it is very aggressive and can spread to other organs of the body very quickly. It affects about 50,000 people in the United States yearly.
Signs of this rare cancer appear as dark brown or black patches and have irregular edges. It can be multi colored with shades of blue, white, or red. Melanoma appears in less than 5% of all skin cancers, but is the cause of most deaths. Early detection is very important.
Treatments typically include surgery, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and/or chemotherapy. Early detection and proper treatment, before it penetrates the skin, raises the survival rate to 99%.
Skin cancer can be prevented by avoiding risk factors, particularly exposure to ultraviolet radiation of the sun. This cancer is serious and is the most-diagnosed cancer in the U.S. You need to pay attention to all of your skin, even the skin you can't see.
Prevention practices included consistently using sunscreen, wearing protective clothing, including shirts and hats; and avoiding excessive sun exposure during midday hours. The Skin Cancer Foundation's seal of approval can help you choose a highly effective brand. Get the most out of your sunscreen by choosing one with a sun protection factor, or SPF, of 30 or higher.
