Female bodybuilders posing for the camera and in the mirror

Ever noticed how much a huge beefy muscle woman loves posing for a camera, showing the viewer their work of art. Their years of hard work are after all carried around with them wherever they go, and is readily on display when they disrobe to show off their creation. I especially like when you see them admiring themselves in front of a mirror. Here's something of an irony, most women in general aren't happy with their bodies, and long to be slimmer, more toned, less saggy, less cellulite etc.. These are the average women in society that don't receive any flak for their appearance. Whilst on the other hand, we have a small minority of women whom receive a lot of negative bashing due to their appearance. But guess what, these women are more than happy with their look. And what's more it's nice to see, I love to see a strong independent muscular woman flexing, posing, admiring and LOVING what she see's in the mirror. Who cares what the world thinks when you are in love with your physique. Check out these great pictures of women posing and admiring themselves.   

Zoa Linsey

Here's a big beautiful woman for ya'll. Zoa Linsey is 5'10'' and carry's an off season weight of around 200lbs and compete's at 180lbs, that's huge for somebody with less than 10lbs of body fat. Her favourite bodybuilder is Kim Chizevsky as she loved the pure mass that Kim displayed.

This is what she says about her venture in to bodybuilding.
Zoa: I have always LOVED the physique of a very muscular woman and bodybuilding seemed to me to be about two things- being athletic and disciplined, but also being an artist, creating a sculpture. Probably mirrors what almost every bodybuilder feels about the sport. They don't mess around with pink girly weights in fear of getting big muscles. These girls WANT big muscles, and proudly show off their artistry for the world to see.

 Love this picture. Maybe he's thinking- WOW I know western women are generally bigger than oriental women, but this is insane, she's bigger than most men. And you can tell from her smile that she knows how much of a surprise/shock her appearance must be to him.

Hundreds of thousands, and a fair few more after viewing this picture that shows off her beautiful curves (from behind anyway) perfectly. Another fine example of a woman's curves being ENHANCED by a bodybuilding lifestyle. DELICIOUS.:)

Transformations

I really enjoy featuring transformations, it's often stunning to realise just how much muscle these bodybuilders have packed on. Now ideally the before pictures would show the women at the very beginning of their bodybuilding. Fortunately I've found a few before pictures that are indeed before a weight was lifted, and some before pictures show the women maybe 2 or 3 years after they started. In either case the astonishing transformations show quite average looking girls who have gone on to become huge beefy muscle women.
